What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

To attempt something is to acknowledge there are odds of failure. If success is a guarantee there’s no risk. The outcome is already known. It is simply a matter of taking action.

Next, I would need to clarify what “guaranteed not to fail” encompassed.

Criminal acts such as murder, larceny, arson, blackmail… Diddy parties?

Or are we keeping it light hearted? Learn a language? How to fly?

Then there’s the fray – reading minds, time travel, astral projection.

If I said murder was at the top of my list, would that make me a bad person? I mean, let’s be honest -if you’ve ever been in love and betrayed, you have contemplated extreme forms of violence and to various levels of seriousness.

Most of the light hearted desires can be learned without that guarantee. (I said mostly. Not everyone could be an astronaut or CIA asset with all the training in the world)

And then there are the fray subjects… Could any of those actually exist enough to be guaranteed? Would this guarantee cover the creation of the desire in order for it to be achieved?

This is a Pandora’s box kind of question so I’ll just leave my thoughts at what I have already shared. No need to bring additional clarity to what kind of person I might be if given a blank check… even if it was only a single wish. 😉
